Your email address, so we can confirm your purchase and let you sign back in.

What you write or dictate into your HANDBOOK24 — your situation, your priorities, your people, your notes.

Payment confirmation details from our payment processor: the amount, the currency, and a reference. We never see or store your card number.

We don't store audio recordings of your voice.

Dictation runs in your own browser. Depending on your device and browser, your browser vendor (for example Apple or Google) may process that audio on their servers under their own privacy terms. Only the resulting text reaches us, and only if you save it.

We don't sell your data. We don't share it with advertisers.

A copy is kept in your browser so it works instantly. When you sign in, it also syncs to your account so it survives a cleared browser or a new phone.

Your account data is scoped to you. No other customer can read it.

You can delete your account and its contents at any time from your account page, or by writing to support@inthenext24.com.

Deletion removes your HANDBOOK24 and your sign-in. Purchase records are retained in anonymised form, because they are financial records.

We use third parties to host the site and database, process payments, and send email. They process data on our behalf under their own terms.
