Because this is digital content that opens immediately, refunds after substantial use are handled case by case.
What a refund does
Your access closes and your entitlement is removed.
You can export or delete your HANDBOOK24 content first. Ask us and we'll help.
Duplicate charges
Charged twice? Tell us and we'll refund the duplicate in full, no questions.
